Welcome to Pyper Farms, located in Bessemer, Alabama. I am Amy Pyper, my husband, Brandon and our four children are the proud owners of this small family hobby farm. I am a homemaker and homeschooling mom.
I have always loved goats. My parents owned goats on and off when I was younger. I started dreaming of owning goats after Brandon and I built our home here on land given to us by my parents. We began this journey with four pet wethers (neutered males). I quickly fell in love with the breed. We enjoy spending time outdoors with them, playing with them and watching them interact with each other. They are small goats with big personalities. They are so friendly and loveable. They come in all colors and provide a lot of entertainment. I believe they are perfect for anyone looking to provide milk for their family, a 4-H project or just as a family pet.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us. We love just talking "goat talk."
This website is a continuous work in progress. Please let us know if you find any errors or need further information on a specific animal.
We are members of the following organizations: ADGA, AGS and NDGA
